What's inside
What you'll actually learn
Four programs, each built around one recurring problem: money makes sense on paper and then disappears in real life. Here's what each one covers, module by module.
Where did my paycheck go?
Somewhere between your offer letter and your actual bank balance, a whole lot of things happen to your money. This programme walks through gross versus net pay, federal withholding, FICA, state taxes, benefits deductions, and retirement contributions, one module at a time, so a pay stub stops reading like a foreign language.
See the modulesThe budget that doesn't quit by week three
Most budgets aren't wrong, they're just built for a version of life that doesn't have surprise expenses in it. This workshop covers how to set categories around what you actually do, build a buffer for irregular costs, and adjust the plan without starting from zero every month.
See the workshopWhy you bought that (and how to notice it happening)
A close look at the emotional triggers behind impulse spending, drawing on published behavioral economics research about present bias, decision fatigue, and how scarcity messaging works on the brain. The goal is simple: catch the moment before the click, not regret it after.
See the modulesReading between the lines of financial marketing
Financial product advertising uses the same handful of framing tricks, again and again. This masterclass teaches you to recognize anchoring, fine-print disclaimers, and manufactured urgency, so you can read an offer clearly before deciding anything about it.

Hands-on VMware vSphere & vCenter courses
The same clear, structured approach we bring to money, applied to virtualization. These self-paced courses teach working IT professionals how to administer a VMware environment and report on it with confidence, module by module.
VMware vSphere administration from the ground up
A structured introduction to VMware vSphere for administrators who inherited an environment and need to actually understand it. Covers ESXi hosts, datastores, virtual networking, and day-to-day operations in vCenter, one module at a time, so the platform stops feeling like a black box.
See the modulesManaging your estate with vCenter
Once you have more than a handful of virtual machines, vCenter becomes the place you live. This course walks through clusters, resource pools, permissions, alarms, and vMotion, so you can operate a growing VMware estate without guesswork and understand what every setting actually changes.
See the modulesInventory and reporting with RVTools
RVTools is the free utility from Robware (now maintained by Dell) that exports a complete inventory of a vSphere environment into readable spreadsheets. This masterclass teaches you to read those reports, spot orphaned VMs, snapshots, and misconfigurations, and turn raw vCenter data into decisions you can defend.

The research behind the lessons
Grounded in behavioral economics, not opinions
A lot of money advice online is just someone's personal habit, repackaged as a rule. Our courses instead draw from published behavioral economics research, concepts like loss aversion, mental accounting, and present bias, and translate them into plain language you can actually apply to your own paycheck and spending patterns.
We're not trying to convince you of anything. We're explaining the mechanics so you can notice them for yourself, which tends to work a lot better than being told what to do.
Read our approachTwo ways to learn
Financial feed scrolling versus structured education
Both exist. They're just built for very different outcomes.
Scrolling for tips
- Comes from whatever an algorithm decides to show you next
- Short clips with no context or sequence
- Often produced by or for a specific product
- Gives you the rule without the reasoning
- No real start, no real finish
SolidTrack's approach
- Built from published behavioral economics research
- Modules that build on each other in order
- Independent, no product placements or endorsements
- Explains why a pattern happens, not just what to do about it
- Defined structure, learn at your own pace
Who this is for
Built around real work schedules
Most of our learners are working full time, which is exactly why the courses are self-paced and broken into short modules rather than long lectures. Watch one module during a lunch break, or all six on a Sunday afternoon. Either way, the material is designed to be revisited whenever a real-life paycheck or budgeting question comes up.
Workshops and the masterclass run as live sessions on a periodic schedule, with recordings available afterward for enrolled participants.
